These terms apply to your use of Real Prompt Builder at realpromptbuilder.com ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

The site provides free tools for writing prompts for AI assistants: prompt generators, a library of ready-made prompts and a prompt checker. The tools run in your browser. We do not operate an AI model, and the site does not produce AI responses itself.

Using the site

You may use the site for personal or commercial work. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to create prompts intended to produce unlawful or harmful content;
• interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or overload it with automated requests;
• copy the site as a whole, or republish the prompt library in bulk as your own collection.

Prompts you create

The prompts you build with the generators are yours to use, edit and share however you like. The ready-made prompts in the library may be copied and adapted freely for your own use.

Our content

The site's design, text, code and name belong to Real Prompt Builder. Other than the prompts described above, please ask before reusing them.

Third-party AI services

The site refers to AI products such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Veo, Sora and Runway. These names are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, including their rules about what content you may create.

No guarantee of results

A well-structured prompt improves the odds of a useful answer, but we cannot control what an AI service returns. The prompt checker scores a prompt against a fixed set of rules and is not a prediction of the quality of the response. You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI produces before you rely on it, publish it or run it.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the site will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Real Prompt Builder is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of prompts created with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may change or withdraw any part of the site, and we may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
